    Pickpockets

    • They're cute kids, but they try to steal something from Strix Nebulosa

    • Older sister tries to run when they're noticed, brother is scared stiff and doesn't run
      Sister comes back for him & has to talk to the PCs

    Kobolds in the Market

    • Sellers walking away from sales with fake gold, just rocks convincingly painted gold or silver, only to realize days after
    • There's a small group of kobolds responsible, 2 on painting duty and one on selling duty
    • Trapdoor off in an alley near the market street
    • Abadar's Scales have looked into this, but the idea of maybe pissing off a dragon was too much for them
    • When discovered, the painters take off immediately and hide behind a counter, yelling out things in Draconic
