I'd like at least one of them to end up wanted after this, it sets up The Sapphire Torch looking into them, and kinda introduces them to the underground movements of the kingdom.

- What sort of underground activities are we talking about here?
One possibility is that, since this is kinda a trading hub, we could introduce something of an underground black market, merely a shadow of the ones that exist in larger cities
I think the session 0's are going to revolve around the same single event, some sort of robbery related to the Scarlet Circle, with Strix Nebulosa watching the event happen, and potentially intervening, and Nilkas Lavigne potentially taking place in the robbery, or also potentially intervening
This arc should consist of the players early levels, tracking down various bandits and hopefully tying that into Strix's vendetta against the Scarlet Circle.
It should take place in a small town, somewhat near the Capital, likely around where Strix and Nilkas meet.
Need to create a small bandit cell for them to go after, a connection to the Scarlet Circle, a hook, and likely one or two towns for the purpose of this arc.
