Low level of the Scarlet Circle, the players first encountered him in Session 1, and many of the early sessions were spent dealing with him.

In Session 5, the players ran into his kids, Clerebold (6) and Sylvia (8). He sends their mother money from time to time, and they are the main reason he's in the Scarlet Circle, but he keeps his distance because he doesn't want anything bad to happen to them.
