What is the character’s definition/view of an adventurer (an explorer? a hero?)
A swaggering rogue who gets caught up in adventures. Saving common folk and getting treasure.

Why does your character adventure? Why have they chosen to risk their life as a career?
Life as a Noble isn’t fun nor is it for a bastard of a noble so why not use his natural combat skills with his magic to help outcasts and bastards like himself.

Is there anything your character regrets doing/not doing?
Taking Illyria with him when he left home. Only person he liked at home.

Illyria, where is she now? What happened to her when your elven dad realized she was helping you? What did she do for your family or did you just know her? Was she around your age or older?
Still in the city, probably beaten and screamed at publicly by his father (Nilkas doesn't know), daughter of an allied house, older (40-45ish)

What is your character’s greatest accomplishment?
Huge heist of a corrupt Noble and gave most of it back to the peasants. Kept his Greatsword.

Failure?
Had a buddy rogue that was a friend. During another heist it went bad and she died. He likely will never get over it.
a giant tearing through part of a town

Fear?
Being recognized for his heritage as a bastard child of an Elven Noble.

What is the most horrifying thing your character has witnessed?
The result of a noble without oversight. Torture room with several outcasts and low lifes.

How did it affect them?
Only strengthened his resolve against Nobles

What are your character’s short-term goals?
Make a name for himself WITHOUT the help of his Noble status

Long term?
Start up a Bardic College for misfits and outcasts.
